Hall Rental AgreementThe price for rental of the Post Hall is as follows$150.00 for the first six hours$25.00 per hour for each additional hour1. Clean up policy: All trash is to be put into containers and tables will be cleaned and placed as they were at time of rental. Any decorations are the responsibility of the Renter. A $50.00 deposit for cleaning will be collected prior to rental and returned to Renter if hall is left clean. 2. Kitchen: There in no use of the kitchen. The Post will cater a meal if requested. Price of meal will be set prior to rental. 3. Beverages: All beer, wine, soda and mixers must be purchased from the clubroom. Liquor may be brought in. 4. Hall door in rear of building will be used for entry and exit. Clubroom door must not be used. 5. No minors will be served or permitted to drink alcoholic beverages. 6. A Post Officer will be present during rental period for your convenience. 7. All under age parties Must Have Law Enforcement Security at renter’s expense. 8. If waitperson is required, the Post must be notified at the time of rental. Minimum wage will be paid waitperson at renter’s expense. 9. A $100.00 deposit is required for the rental to be posted on the hall calendar. The deposit is refundable up to 15 days prior to rental. The remaining $50.00 rental fee is due no later than 24 hours prior to rental. 10. Renter is responsible for ANY AND ALL DAMAGE DONE TO THE PREMISES OR EQUIPMENT. 11.
